The Development Lotteries Board has undertaken a National Competitive Procurement Process to select vendors for the printing and supply of computer-based draw lottery tickets. These tickets include popular lottery games such as Lagna Wasanawa, Ada Kotipati, Shanida, Superball, Jayoda, Kapruka, and Sasiri.

Based on the recommendations from the Cabinet Appointed Standing Procurement Committee and the Procurement Appeal Board, the Cabinet of Ministers has approved the proposal presented by the President, acting in his capacity as the Minister of Finance, Economic Stabilization, and National Policies.

As a result, the contract for the printing and supply of lottery tickets has been awarded to Toppan Forms (Colombo) Ltd., DPJ Holdings (Pvt) Ltd., and Grand Export (Pvt) Ltd. This contract will be effective for a period of one year, ensuring the continuous and reliable supply of lottery tickets for the Development Lotteries Board.
