A shooting incident in the Kosgama Suduwella area has left 'Kandana Arachchige Sriyantha Kumara' or 'Kotahera Podda', an alleged organised crime gang member, along with a mother and daughter, injured.
The victims were travelling in a three-wheeler in the early hours of today (6) when they were attacked.
Two unknown assailants on a motorcycle carried out the shooting using a pistol-type firearm.
Police reported that the injured individuals are aged 12, 30, and 44.
