Dialog Axiata PLC has entered an agreement with Realty Management Services Ltd. (RMS) to oversee soft facility management services at its head office and several key locations across the Colombo Metropolitan area, marking the first time the company has outsourced such operations to an external provider.

As part of the agreement, RMS will handle a broad range of soft services and support functions aimed at maintaining a productive and high-quality workplace environment.
