Health Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa announced today that the government is committed to extending healthcare services beyond institutional settings and into the field.
Speaking at a special meeting with officers of the All Ceylon Family Health Service Officers’ Association, he emphasised the importance of health professionals working with understanding and teamwork to address challenges.
The Minister stated that maximum facilities will be provided to health workers on field duties, while urging them to carry out their responsibilities with dedication and a sense of collective responsibility.
