Puttalam line trains to resume full service

Puttalam+line+trains+to+resume+full+service+

Passenger train operations on the Puttalam line will extend back to the Puttalam railway station starting tomorrow (16), following a temporary suspension due to Cyclone Ditva.




The Railway Department states that the entire Puttalam railway line will be fully open as a result.




The line previously reopened in stages up to the Negombo, Kochchikade, Nattandiya, and Kudawewa stations.
