The National Fuel Pass system has returned to full operational status and remains functional as usual, according to the Ministry of Digital Economy. Authorities outlined three specific steps for vehicle owners to follow to streamline the fuel procurement process based on their current status.

Vehicle owners who previously registered and have not changed their vehicle ownership or phone number can continue using their existing QR codes without interruption. For those who lost or deleted their previously registered QR codes, re-registration is unnecessary; the code can be retrieved by logging into the system using an OTP sent to the registered mobile number.

Mandatory new registration applies only to individuals not previously registered, those who recently purchased a vehicle with a change in ownership, or those no longer using the phone number originally linked to the system. The ministry further noted that the Government Information Center can be reached via the 1919 hotline for any queries or additional information regarding this process.
