Hayleys PLC announced that its recently launched Rights Issue of Ordinary Voting Shares has been oversubscribed, reflecting strong investor confidence in the diversified conglomerate.

The company had earlier announced plans on 21 January 2026 to raise Rs. 9 billion through a Rights Issue of 45 million Ordinary Voting Shares priced at Rs. 200 each.

According to the company, total subscriptions received, including applications for additional shares, amounted to 55,243,312 shares valued at Rs. 11.05 billion.
