Associated Motorways (Private) Limited (AMW) has entered into a strategic partnership with Orient Insurance to enhance aftersales value for customers through the introduction of an extended warranty programme for Suzuki vehicles in Sri Lanka.
Formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding, the collaboration enables customers purchasing Suzuki vehicles through AMW to benefit from an upgraded warranty offering. Effective 1 May 2026, the standard manufacturer warranty of 3 years or 100,000 km will be extended to 5 years or 150,000 km, providing greater peace of mind and long-term ownership confidence.
This initiative reflects a shared commitment by both organizations to elevate customer experience and strengthen trust in the Suzuki brand. By combining AMW’s strong automotive distribution and aftersales expertise with Orient Insurance’s capabilities in risk management and protection solutions, the partnership introduces a more comprehensive ownership proposition to the market.
Both AMW and Orient Insurance are part of the globally diversified Al-Futtaim Group, enabling synergies across automotive and financial services to deliver enhanced value to customers in Sri Lanka.
