DFCC Bank has announced that its proposed acquisition of the wealth and retail banking business of Standard Chartered Bank Sri Lanka Branch is scheduled to be completed by 31 July 2026.
The bank said a further announcement will be made once the transaction is finalised.
The disclosure was made in compliance with the immediate disclosure requirements under Section 8 of the Colombo Stock Exchange Listing Rules.
