The Lanka Private Bus Owners' Association warns of legal action if the expected fare increase does not occur during tomorrow's scheduled annual bus fare revision. Association Chairman Gemunu Wijeratne states that the government chose to reduce fuel prices instead of increasing bus fares.


Meanwhile, the National Transport Commission mentions plans to submit the proposal regarding the annual bus fare revision to the Ministry of Transport.
