Hayleys Agriculture Holdings Limited, through its subsidiary Hayleys Nature Nest (Pvt) Ltd, has inaugurated Sri Lanka's first frozen concentrated coconut water manufacturing plant.

The company said the state-of-the-art facility converts locally sourced coconut water into high quality frozen concentrate for international markets, creating greater value from Sri Lanka's agricultural produce while strengthening the country's agricultural and export sectors.

Hayleys said the investment will expand its global market presence while creating new opportunities for local coconut growers and rural communities. It is also expected to boost export earnings by increasing the supply of value-added agricultural products.
