'Talk to Chairman' - Foreign Employment Bureau launches special program

Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau Chairman Kosala Wickramasinghe has introduced a special program called 'Talk to Chairman' to address unresolved issues and trafficking concerns of the migrant labor community. The program was publicized yesterday (15) at the Bureau's main office.

A new feature, "Talk to Chairman," has been established at the Bureau's office on Densil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, providing a space for citizens to present their grievances, criticisms, and complaints. Kosala Wickramasinghe emphasized that any issue, whether from outsiders or government officials, will be addressed promptly, regardless of rank.

The "Talk to Chairman" program ensures direct attention from the Chairman, with a dedicated unit handling the complaints. A complaint box has also been installed to maintain privacy. Complaints can be submitted through multiple channels, including phone (0112 864188), WhatsApp (0717 593 593), or email ([email protected]).

The initiative aims to improve the Bureau's service to the migrant community, offering a more accessible and people-centered approach.
