Shots fired at a fleeing vehicle… Two arrested

Officers from the Police Narcotic Bureau opened fire on a group of suspects attempting to escape in a car in front of a shopping mall in Negombo.

The incident occurred as the suspects tried to evade the authorities.

Following the shooting, police successfully apprehended two suspects. Investigations into the incident and the suspects' activities are currently underway.
