The Pettah Central Bus Stand, renovated with labour contribution from the Sri Lanka Air Force, is scheduled for inauguration today (08) at 10:00 a.m. The modernisation project, consisting of two terminals, utilised a financial cost of Rs. 424 million.
Upgraded facilities include the ground floor serving as the bus parking yard, while the second floor provides rest areas for drivers and conductors. The third floor is dedicated to administrative and operational services.
