Unidentified body found in Keselgamu Oya

An unidentified female body was discovered floating in the Keselgamu Oya, according to Norwood Police.

The remains were found below the Norwood Bridge on the Bagawantalawa - Maskeliya main road.

Police located the body following information provided by residents.

Authorities have not yet confirmed the identity of the deceased and are conducting investigations with the assistance of scene-of-crime officers from the Hatton Police Division.
