An interim injunction has been issued by the Court of Appeal preventing the arrest of four individuals, including retired Senior Superintendent of Police and former Director of the Colombo Crimes Division (CCD) Janak Nandana, in connection with the killing of alleged orhganised criminal Samarasinghe Arachchilage Madush Lakshitha, known as 'Makandure Madush'.
