Former Navy Chief Wijegunaratne suspect to 11-person abduction probe

Former Navy Commander Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne has been named as a suspect in the case involving the alleged abduction and disappearance of 11 individuals for ransom in Colombo and surrounding areas.

Accordingly, summons have been issued directing him to appear before the Fort Magistrate’s Court on July 27.
