Agriculture Minister Lal Kantha says that political power, which has shifted from one class to another after centuries, will not be given up easily.
Speaking at the annual conference of the Electricity Workers’ Union, the Minister further stated:
“After centuries, power has shifted from one class to another. We are not going to give this up easily or walk away from it. We are not going to place it on a tray and hand it over, saying ‘take it’. Because we did not receive power on a tray either,” he said.
