The Colombo High Court today (25) ordered the implementation of procedures to issue summons to two Indian witnesses in the case filed against Member of Parliament Namal Rajapaksa regarding the Krrish transaction, in accordance with the Judicial Service Commission circular for foreign witnesses.
High Court Judge Nadi Aparna Suwandurugoda issued this directive following a notification from the Criminal Investigation Department stating that the two witnesses could not be contacted.
