The four individuals arrested in connection with the murder of a physiotherapist at a Nuwara Eliya lodging facility face remand until July 9 following their appearance in the Nuwara Eliya Magistrate’s Court today (26).
The suspects include the main suspect, his wife, the driver of the Kundasale Pradeshiya Sabha, and the Officer-in-Charge of the Kundasale Police Training College.
The officer, who previously led the Menikhinna Police Station, shares a familial link as the twin brother of a high-ranking police official.
Authorities discovered the victim's body inside a parked car at the Teldeniya Hospital parking on June 17.
