Three killed in three-wheeler-car collision

Three people died in an incident where a three-wheeler travelling from Biyagama towards Delgoda collided with a car coming from the opposite direction while attempting to turn to the right side of the road in the Delgoda area on the New Kandy Road, Meegahawatta.

A 69-year-old man who acted as the driver of the three-wheeler, a 39-year-old woman, and a seven-year-old girl died in this incident that occurred yesterday.

A girl travelling in the car who was injured in the incident was admitted to the Ragama Teaching Hospital.
