An appeal was submitted against the order given recently by the Colombo High Court stating that the charges filed under the Prevention of Terrorism Act against defendants, including alleged drug trafficker Harak Kata, cannot be maintained, the Attorney General informed the Colombo High Court today (20).
This case was called today before Colombo High Court Judge Buddhika C. Ragala.
