Online submissions for Police Clearance Certificates have been temporarily suspended to allow for essential maintenance work on the Sri Lanka Police Clearance Computer System.
A statement from the Police Media Division noted that the public has already been notified of the temporary procedures required for submitting applications until the digital system is restored to full operation.
To resolve issues and address public inquiries, Police Headquarters has set up three dedicated 24-hour helplines through its Special Operations Room.
Applicants needing assistance with their Police Clearance Certificate submissions can reach the team on 071-8595946, 071-8595947, or 071-8595948.
Sri Lanka Police has urged the public to utilise these numbers for any clearance-related queries.
