Women in Management launches exclusive C-Suite Leadership program in Dubai

Women in Management (WIM) has launched its exclusive C-Suite Leadership Program in partnership with S2E Transformation Inc., USA. Held on 5th and 6th March in Dubai, the two-day program brought together senior professionals from Sri Lanka, the Maldives, and the USA, offering a unique opportunity to develop future-ready executive leadership skills.

The program was conducted by Whynde Kuehn, a globally recognised C-Suite author and Business Architecture pioneer. Known as a “boots on the ground leader,” Kuehn has worked with some of the largest and most complex organizations worldwide, including Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, non-profits, startups, and cross-sector initiatives, and is sought after for her expertise in delivering measurable business results.

Built around global C-Suite leadership pillars, the program offered a comprehensive learning experience, including pre- and post-program mentorship. With a limited intake of 15 participants, the initiative ensured an interactive, high-impact environment for senior executives to engage deeply with the content and with each other.

Dr. Sulochana Segera, WIM Global Chairperson, highlighted the program’s forward-looking approach, noting that many local programs often remain tied to past and present leadership practices. She emphasized that this initiative, conducted by S2E Transformation Inc., provides the exposure and mentorship needed to develop next-generation C-Suite leaders, and is open to all genders.

Minha Faiz, President of WIM Maldives and a well-known media personality, spoke of the value of international exposure and mentorship, describing the program as a unique opportunity for Maldivians to gain insights, connect globally, and elevate their leadership capabilities.

Ngozi Oyewole, Chair for Top50 Global Awards 2026 Africa, noted that the program marks a new era of integrating C-Suite leadership mentorship and awards into the Top50 Global Economic Forum, with Dubai’s cohort being the first to receive recognition under this initiative.

Aminata Kondeh, Top50 Global Award winner and Security Engineer from the USA, expressed her excitement at joining WIM Global, highlighting how participating in a program led by one of the world’s leading experts opened invaluable opportunities for her professional growth.
