Aditya Narayan and Sanka Dineth unite for landmark Sri Lanka–Japan concert tour

An exclusive event was held recently at Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams – Gatz to officially unveil one of the most ambitious musical collaborations in South Asian entertainment history, bringing together Indian music sensation Aditya Narayan and Sri Lankan superstar Sanka Dineth for a landmark international concert tour.

The collaboration marks the first large-scale musical partnership of its kind connecting Sri Lanka and Japan, uniting two celebrated artistes for a live concert experience aimed at transcending cultural and geographical boundaries.

Organisers said the tour reflects the power of music as a universal language while strengthening artistic and cultural ties between South Asia and East Asia.

The Sri Lanka concert is scheduled to take place on August 1, 2026, at Havelock Grounds in Colombo and will be presented by Salon Mybride. The Japan concert is set for August 16, 2026, at the Kashiwa Civic Cultural Hall in Japan and will be organised by Japan Events.

Overall production coordination for the international tour is being handled by Sound Vision Event Management, a Sri Lanka-based production company known for organising large-scale entertainment events across the region.

The official press conference brought together members of the media, sponsors, partners, and invited guests for artist appearances, media interactions, and the unveiling of details relating to the upcoming tour. Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams is serving as the hospitality partner for the event.

Organisers said the collaboration is expected to create a new milestone in regional entertainment while opening a fresh chapter in cross-border musical partnerships involving Sri Lanka, India, and Japan.
