Kottawa Exit point of the Southern Expressway closed until further notice

Kottawa Exit point of the Southern Expressway closed until further notice from 06:00am on Wednesday for all vehicles excluding busses and ambulances upon finding 3 COVID-19 cases at the Kottawa Interchange.

The Expressway users are instructed to use Athurugiriya and Kahatuduwa Exit Points.

Vehicles are allowed to enter the expressway from the Kottawa entry point however tickets will not be issued.
