CEB provides multiple payment options for settling electricity bills

The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) has implemented seven convenient methods for consumers to pay their electricity bills using modern technology.

According to Engineer Noel Priyantha, the Press Spokesperson of the CEB, consumers can utilize various platforms, including the CEB Care mobile phone application, online banking services, the official CEB website, post offices, CEB and bank KIOSK machines, Cargills and Keells supermarkets, and mCash for bill payments.

In case of any issues or queries related to electricity bills, customers are encouraged to contact the CEB call center at 1987 for assistance.
