Colombo, August 5 – Sri Lankan Ambassador to Israel, Nimal Bandara, has confirmed that no Sri Lankans have been harmed amid the ongoing conflict in Israel.
Ambassador Bandara assured that the rocket and missile attacks by Hamas and Hezbollah on Israel's northern regions are being intercepted and destroyed mid-air by Israel's Iron Dome defense system.
He emphasized his continuous monitoring of the situation concerning Sri Lankans in Israel, ensuring their safety and well-being.
