Elderly allowances for the month of April under the Aswesuma welfare benefit scheme will be forwarded to banks tomorrow (22), the Welfare Benefit Board announced.
Funds will be credited to 617,406 elderly individuals over the age of 70 under the first phase, while 72,525 beneficiaries will receive payments under the second phase.
The Welfare Benefit Board further stated that recipients can access their allowances through their Aswesuma beneficiary accounts starting tomorrow.
