Police announced a special traffic plan for Colombo and its suburbs from tomorrow evening until the 6th of May to facilitate the state visit of Maldivian President Mohamed Muizzu.
The restrictions remain in effect from his arrival tomorrow afternoon until his departure from the island on Tuesday.
This operation impacts several key routes, including the Katunayake Expressway, Borella, Library Junction, Galle Road, Galle Face Roundabout, and Janadhipathi Mawatha. Local authorities confirmed the diversions apply at specific intervals during the President's travel schedule.
