Navy Commander Vice Admiral Damian Fernando met the Defence Advisor of the Indian High Commission in Sri Lanka Captain M. Anand today (22) at Navy Headquarters.
During this official meeting, the Defence Advisor of the Indian High Commission offered congratulations to Vice Admiral Damian Fernando, who assumed duties as the 27th Navy Commander.
Thereafter, bilateral matters including cooperation between the navies of the two countries were discussed.
Meanwhile, mementos were exchanged to mark this official meeting.
