The Road Development Authority says that heavy traffic congestion has arisen at several locations on the expressway network.
Accordingly, it is reported that traffic congestion has occurred near the Mattala exit on the Southern Expressway, the Kadawatha exit on the Outer Circular Expressway, as well as the Mirigama entrance and the Yaggapitiya exit on the Central Expressway.
The Road Development Authority further informs drivers using these routes to use alternative roads due to the congestion at the relevant locations and to remain attentive while driving.
