Hayleys Fentons has been recognised among Sri Lanka’s Most Outstanding Mom-Inclusive Workplaces at the Mom Leaders Conference 2026, organised by Parenthood Global, underscoring the company’s continued commitment to building an inclusive, people-centric workplace culture that supports working mothers to grow, lead and succeed.

It further strengthens the organisation’s positioning as an employer that places strong emphasis on inclusion, well-being and equal opportunity as core elements of its people strategy.
As organisations increasingly focus on redefining workplace inclusivity, support for working parents has become a key indicator of progressive employment practices. Within this context, Hayleys Fentons continues to strengthen a culture that enables employees to contribute meaningfully while being supported through different stages of their personal and professional journeys.
