Phoenix IT Lanka (Pvt) Ltd has strengthened its position in Sri Lanka’s cyber security sector by securing the Check Point Best Performance SMB Winner 2026 award for the second consecutive year, marking another milestone in the company’s five-year growth journey.
The recognition was presented at the Check Point Award Night 2026, organised by South Asia Technologies (Pvt) Ltd.
Established five years ago with a vision to contribute to Sri Lanka’s technology and cyber security industry, Phoenix IT Lanka has grown from a startup into a trusted cyber security partner for businesses.
As organisations face increasingly complex cyber threats, technology risks and compliance requirements, the company focuses on helping businesses identify vulnerabilities, safeguard critical systems and strengthen their overall security posture.
Its portfolio includes cyber security assessments, firewall and network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, information security consulting, security implementation, configuration and optimisation, AI security, compliance and ongoing technical support.
Through its partnership with Check Point Software Technologies, Phoenix IT Lanka provides Sri Lankan organisations with advanced cyber security technologies, supported by local technical expertise in implementation, configuration, optimisation and ongoing support. This approach is particularly relevant to Sri Lanka’s small and medium-sized business sector.
Beyond technology deployment, the company focuses on helping organisations understand cyber security risks, protect critical assets, strengthen security controls and develop long-term cyber resilience.
Under the leadership of Prabath Amila Perera, Managing Director of Phoenix IT Lanka, the company continues to pursue its vision of building a trusted Sri Lankan cyber security organisation capable of supporting businesses as their technology environments and security requirements evolve.
“The second consecutive Check Point recognition reflects Phoenix IT Lanka’s consistent performance, customer confidence, technical expertise and strong technology partnerships,” the company said.
Phoenix IT Lanka also acknowledged the continued support of its technology partners, including South Asia Technologies (Pvt) Ltd and Orin Corporation (Pvt) Ltd, while dedicating the achievement to its customers who have entrusted the company with protecting their technology environments.
