Beverlee Holdings expands with multi-unit residential Thalahena project

Beverlee Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is strengthening its presence in Sri Lanka’s property development and construction sector through a multi-unit residential project in Thalahena, showcasing its integrated approach to design and construction.

The project demonstrates the company’s end-to-end design-and-build model, bringing land assessment, architectural design, structural engineering, interior design, project coordination, construction, and final handover under one roof.

According to the company, this approach provides customers with a more convenient development process, reducing the need to coordinate multiple contractors while ensuring clearer accountability throughout the project.

Beverlee Holdings has completed more than 70 such projects across Sri Lanka.
