Sri Lanka won a boxing match held last night (25) at the 2026 Commonwealth Games.
This came as Ravindu Jayanath, who competed in the 60kg lightweight category, defeated Makana Max of Solomon Islands.
He secured the win with a 5 - 0 victory in rounds.
Meanwhile, Tiana Sumanasekera secured the 28th place in the artistic gymnastics event, whilst Nuyara Fernando placed at the 35th in the same event.
