Final Randoli Perahera of Kandy Esala Perahera concludes
The Final Randoli Perahera of the Kandy Esala Perahera was held successfully last night.
President Maithripala Sirisena and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe were also present to witness the perahera.
Meanwhile, the final ritual, the Diya Kapeeme Mangalyaya was also held at Gatambe along the Mahaweli River today.
The Perahera proceedings will conclude this afternoon and a sandeshaya will be presented by the Diyawadana Nilame Nilanga Daala to President Maithripala Sirisena.
