Richmond College, Galle, has qualified for the semi-finals of the Tier 'A' Inter-School Under-19 Division One One-Day Cricket Tournament, organized by the Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association under the patronage of Sri Lanka Cricket.


Richmond College secured its semi-final spot by defeating the undefeated defending champions, St. Joseph's College, Colombo, by 71 runs.


The quarter-final match was held at the St. Joseph's College grounds in Colombo, where Tenuusha Nimsaara delivered an excellent all-round performance for Richmond College:


Nimsaara scored 53 runs off 64 balls, including 2 boundaries and 3 sixes, he also performed well with the ball, taking 2 wickets for 10 runs.
