Dhurandhar 2 starring Ranveer Singh and directed by Aditya Dhar has achieved a major milestone, becoming the first Hindi film to cross the Rs. 1,100 crore mark.
Despite facing competition from other releases including Bhooth Bangla, Ek Din and Raja Shivaji, the spy action sequel continues its strong theatrical run. On day 47, the film collected an estimated (INR) Rs. 49 lakh, marking only the second time it has dropped below Rs. 1 crore since its release on March 19.
The film’s cumulative Hindi box office total now stands at Rs. 1,100.37 crore, setting a new benchmark for the industry. It surpasses the previous record held by its predecessor, Dhurandhar, which earned Rs. 894.49 crore in 2025.
Made on an estimated budget of Rs. 225 crore, the film has generated exceptional returns. Based on its Hindi earnings alone, it has delivered profits of around Rs. 875 crore, translating to an impressive return on investment of nearly 389%.
With this achievement, Dhurandhar 2 now tops the list of highest-grossing Hindi films of all time, ahead of major titles such as Pushpa 2, Jawan and Pathaan, further cementing its place in box office history.Top of Form
