The Israeli prime minister is expected to fly on Saturday night and stay until Tuesday to attend the memorial service for Senator Lindsey Graham, according to The Jerusalem Post, which added that he will “possibly meet” US President Trump.

The meeting with Trump has not yet been officially scheduled, the sources told the newspaper.

The Times of Israel reported that Netanyahu’s office asked Austrian Chancellor Christian Stocker to postpone his scheduled visit next week, due to Netanyahu’s planned trip to the US.

Stocker was scheduled to visit on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Netanyahu’s office is expected to release details of his US trip later in the day, The Times of Israel said.

Lindsey Graham, a close Trump ally, passed away on Saturday evening after a brief and sudden illness.
