The young woman, who boarded the train from the Nanu Oya railway station at 9 a.m. today (19), faced the incident between the Parakumpura and Ambewela railway stations, the Ambewela Station Master said.
The injured tourist was travelling from Nanu Oya to Ella with two of her friends, and it is revealed that she fell from the train to the ground attempting to take photographs while staying on the footboard of the train.
