Popular actor Daya Alwis passes away

Popular+actor+Daya+Alwis+passes+away

Popular actor Daya Alwis who was being treated at hospital following an accident last week passed away short while ago, Director of the Jayawardenapura hospital stated.

Daya Alwis met with an accident at Bokundara, Piliyandala on April 20 and was receiving treatment at Sri Jayawardenapura hospital.

He was aged 72 at the time of death.
