Special plans to build a free environment in Universities

President Maithripala Sirisena stated that an environment will be created in Universities where students could receive their education freely and happily.

The President stated that a programme which will bring together Vice Chancellors, Teachers, Deans and other Stakeholders will be introduced.

President Sirisena expressed these views at the event held yesterday to declare open the newly constructed Swimming Pool at the Polonnaruwa Royal College.
