Major General Ruwan Kulatunga appointed as head of National Intelligence Services

Major General Ruwan Kulatunga has been appointed as head of National Intelligence Services.

With retired senior DIG Sisira Mendis resigning as the head of National Intelligence Services based on health reasons, Major General Ruwan Kulatunga has been appointed on the instructions of President Maithripala Sirisena to fill the vacancy created.
