Car catches fire on Southern Expressway

A car traveling towards Colombo on the Southern Expressway caught fire yesterday (01) afternoon due to a mechanical fault.

The Kurundugahahethekma Fire Brigade promptly intervened to extinguish the blaze. No injuries have been reported.
