Four more bodies recovered from Deduru Oya

The police state that the bodies of 4 more individuals out of the 6 who went missing after drowning in the Deduru Oya in the Kobeigane area were found.

Accordingly, the death toll from the incident rose to 6 people.

A group of 10 that went to bathe at a crossing of the Deduru Oya in the Nikaweratiya, Kobeigane area drowned yesterday (16).

2 people died in the incident, and their bodies were recovered yesterday.
