Elderly benefits under the Aswasuma welfare scheme will be credited to the bank accounts of relevant recipients today (22), according to the Welfare Benefits Board.
Payments will be deposited for 617,406 senior citizens over the age of 70 under the first phase and 72,525 elderly individuals under the second phase.
Recipients can access their benefit payments through their Aswasuma beneficiary accounts starting today.
