Showers or thundershowers are expected to occur across many parts of the island tonight, according to the Department of Meteorology.
The department stated that fairly heavy falls exceeding 75mm are likely in certain areas within the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central, North-Western, and Southern provinces.
Additionally, showers or thundershowers will develop in several locations within the Western and Sabaragamuwa provinces, as well as the Galle, Matara, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, and Puttalam districts after 2:00 p.m. tomorrow.
