Heat advisory issued for multiple districts

The Department of Meteorology issued an advisory regarding warm weather conditions affecting the Northern, North-central, Eastern, Sabaragamuwa, and North-western provinces, as well as the Colombo, Gampaha, and Monaragala districts.

The heat index, which reflects the temperature felt by the human body, is expected to reach a level of 'Caution' at some places in these areas during the daytime tomorrow.

Officials warned that residents in the specified regions should remain vigilant as the atmospheric conditions intensify.
