74 Vietnamese nationals arrested in suspicion of committing online scams

Kollupitiya Police arrested 74 Vietnamese nationals on suspicion of committing online financial crimes this afternoon.

Officers confirmed that a portion of the group arrived in the country on tourist visas.

Kollupitiya Police launched further investigations into the matter, and the suspects are due for production before the court tomorrow.
